Produkt kam nicht an, Kundenservice nicht erreichbar
Ich habe ein Produkt bestellt und mit Karte bezahlt. Kurz darauf dachte ich mich schon, dass da etwas faul ist. Ich bekam keine Bestellbestätigung oder irgendwas zugeschickt. Ich wandte mich an die angegebene Email, welche aber gar nicht funktioniert. Meine Email konnte gar nicht zugestellt werden. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort und kein Produkt.
